Position: Learning Support Assistant
Location: Southwark
Salary: £90-£110 per day (Depending on experience)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Long-Term

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with additional needs.
- Assist in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons.
- Work closely with teachers to promote student progress and inclusion.
- Support students with social, emotional, and learning difficulties.
Requirements:
- Experience working with students in an SEN or classroom setting is desirable.
- A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, compassionate, and resilient approach to learning support.
