Job Title: QTS Primary Teacher
Location: Wimborne, Dorset
Salary: £30,000 - £46,535 per annum (Depending on experience).
Start time: Easter 2025 start
Contract type: Full-time, permanent (part-time can be arranged for the right candidate)

With a competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £46,535 per annum, this full-time, permanent role offers a flexible working arrangement, including the possibility of part-time hours for the right candidate.
Role Overview:
Starting after the Easter break, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the development of students at a primary school committed to providing excellent education. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, nurturing student growth, and working as part of a supportive and professional team. QTS Primary Teacher Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering well-planned and structured lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment where all students can thrive.
- Developing and implementing effective strategies for student engagement and behaviour management.
- Regularly assessing and tracking student progress and adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support the academic and personal development of students.
- Participating in staff meetings, professional development, and other school activities.
QTS Primary Teacher Requirements:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or ECT (Early Career Teacher) with a specialisation in Primary Education.
- Strong understanding of the national curriculum and the ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
- A genuine passion for working with children and making a positive impact on their educational journey.
- The ability to manage classroom dynamics and provide a safe, engaging learning environment.
- A proactive attitude with a strong focus on continuous professional development and improvement.
- Experience in a primary school setting is essential.
- Have an updated CV (with two relevant references from the last two years and covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
