Early Years Practitioner

GSL Education is looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join a supportive and well-established nursery or primary school in the Windsor and Maidenhead area. This is a fantastic opportunity to nurture and develop young learners, providing a safe, engaging, and structured environment for early childhood education.
The Role:
- Support early years learning and development, following the EYFS curriculum.
- Assist in delivering engaging and play-based learning activities.
- Encourage social and emotional development, ensuring all children feel safe and valued.
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to create a stimulating classroom environment.
- Support children with speech and language development, phonics, and early numeracy skills.
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent) is desirable.
- Experience working in an EYFS or nursery setting.
- A nurturing, patient, and child-centered approach.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and child development.
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
