This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator looking for a flexible working arrangement, with the possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate.

About the Role:

• Teach a Year 4 class on a part-time basis (3 days a week).
• Deliver engaging lessons that inspire and challenge students to reach their full potential.
• Work closely with a supportive team of teachers and staff to ensure the success of all pupils.
• Plan, assess, and provide constructive feedback to ensure individual progress.
• Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and dynamic classroom environment that nurtures both academic and personal growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified teacher with experience teaching in primary schools, ideally with Year 4 or KS2 experience.
• A genuine passion for teaching and helping children achieve their best.
• Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
• A flexible and adaptable approach with a commitment to providing a supportive and engaging learning experience.
• The ability to work effectively in a team, with a focus on collaboration and sharing best practices.
• A willingness to consider a permanent role at the end of the summer term for the right candidate.
