Part-Time Primary Teacher (Year 2 Class)

About the Role:
GSL Education are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join a vibrant mainstream primary school in Ringwood. This part-time position is for a Year 2 class, where you will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring lessons, fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment, and supporting students in their academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching in line with the Year 2 curriculum.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom atmosphere.
  • Plan, prepare, and assess lessons, ensuring they are tailored to meet the needs of all students.
  • Monitor and track student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Work collaboratively with the school's staff and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching in primary schools, preferably within Key Stage 1.
  • A passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Enhanced DBS (or willing to apply for one).
