SEN Teacher
Location: Bovington
Salary: £31,650 - £49,084 per annum (MPS/UPS) (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: Immediate / April 2025
Job Type: Full-time / Permanent

Your responsibilities as an SEN Teacher:
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to SEN students.
- Support students with diverse learning needs, including autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties.
- Work collaboratively with SENCOs, teaching assistants, and external professionals.
- Implement behaviour management strategies to create a positive learning environment.
- Monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Foster an inclusive, nurturing, and engaging classroom atmosphere.
Special Educational Needs Teacher Qualification:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience working with students with special educational needs as an SEN Teacher.
- Strong understanding of SEN teaching strategies and interventions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to teaching.
