Job Title: Pupil’s Education Support
Location: Christchurch, Dorset
Salary: £12.83 per hour
Start Date: Easter 2025
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Part-Time can be arranged for the right candidate)

GSL Education are looking for a Pupil’s Education Support professional to join a welcoming school in Christchurch. This role offers full-time permanent employment, with part-time flexibility available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students in both group and one-to-one settings.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Help students develop confidence, independence, and key learning skills.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working with children in an educational setting (preferred).
- Strong communication skills and a nurturing approach to student support.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school staff.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset to meet diverse learning needs.
- Passion for education and student development.
- An up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years, with any gaps explained).
- An enhanced DBS registered to the update service, or willingness to apply for one.
