Position: Full-Time Cover Supervisor with Science Specialism
Location: Secondary School in the New Forest area
Contract Type: Permanent or Fixed-Term
Start Date: September 2025 or sooner for the right candidate
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor with a specialism in science to join our team at a thriving 11-16 comprehensive academy located in the New Forest area. This role involves supervising classes during the short-term absence of teachers, ensuring that students continue to learn and engage with the curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support students in the absence of their regular teacher.
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure students remain on task.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Support students' learning and development, particularly in science subjects.
