Salary: £150 - £230 per day (Depending on experience)

Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

About the role:
As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the individual learning needs of students. You will play a key role in creating an inclusive and supportive environment where students can thrive academically and socially.
Essential Qualities That We Are Looking For:
- Plan and deliver lessons tailored to the individual needs of students with SEN (Special Educational Needs).
- Assess and track student progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning requirements.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants, parents, and SENCOs to provide comprehensive support to students.
- Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love for learning.
- Implement strategies to promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
- Maintain accurate records and uphold safeguarding practices.
The Successful Candidate Will:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with students with special educational needs, preferably in a classroom setting.
- A compassionate and patient approach to teaching.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
