Sports Coach
Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire
Salary: £90 – £110 per day
Start Date: Immediately

  • Sports Coach – Teaching Assistant or Cover Supervisor
  • Full-time or part-time hours, Monday to Friday, term time
  • Based in Doncaster

The Role:

As a recent Sports Graduate or qualified Sports Coach, you will be working as a Teaching Assistant within secondary client school in Doncaster. This position offers the flexibility of either full-time or part-time hours, supporting pupils belonging to key stages 3 and 4. There are opportunities to assist in lessons, engage students, and lead outdoor education and PE sessions to help them reach their full potential. This role offers hands-on experience in schools, with opportunities for career progression into teaching or sports coaching. Whether you have direct experience in schools or otherwise, this could be a suitable position if you are looking to begin a career in education.

The ideal candidate would be:

  • Holding a Sport and Exercise Science or Physical Education degree at 2:1 classification or higher.
  • Able to work 5 days a week, full-time.
  • Available to start immediately
  • Have a genuine passion for working with young people and improve their outcomes.
  • Able to manage behaviour in-line with a “positive reward” behaviour policy.
