Job Title: Teacher of Primary School
Location: Poole, Dorset
Salary: £30,000 - £46,535 per annum (Depending on experience)
Start: Immediate or Easter start 2025
Contract: Full-time. Permanent

GSL Education are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join a welcoming school in Poole. This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to take on a full-time, permanent role and make a meaningful difference in children’s education.
Key Responsibilities of Primary Teacher:
- Deliver engaging and creative lessons that inspire curiosity and achievement.
- Create a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Assess and track student progress, adapting teaching methods to individual needs.
- Work closely with colleagues, parents, and support staff to enhance student learning.
- Encourage positive behaviour and social development in students.
- Stay updated with best teaching practices and curriculum developments.
Requirements of Primary Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT).
- A passion for teaching and commitment to student success.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to differentiate learning to meet diverse student needs.
- A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach to teaching.
- Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years, barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
