Salary: £31,650 - £49,084 (MPS/UPS)

Are you an enthusiastic and passionate teacher looking for a rewarding role in a warm and welcoming primary school? GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Primary School Teacher to join a local school based in Bournemouth. This is a fixed term position until the end of the academic year, with scope to go permanent.

About the Role:
As a Primary School Teacher, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and a love of learning. You will be working with children across a range of ages and abilities, supporting their social, emotional, and academic development.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons to meet the needs of all students.
- Assess student progress and provide regular feedback.
- Manage the classroom environment to foster positive behaviour and effective learning.
- Support individual students with additional needs or challenges.
- Communicate with parents about student progress and concerns.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share resources and plan activities.
- Ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
- Engage in professional development to enhance teaching skills.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting (desirable but not essential).
- A passion for teaching and making a difference in children's lives.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A creative and dynamic approach to teaching.
