Are you an enthusiastic and adaptable educator looking for a rewarding teaching opportunity in Bournemouth? GSL Education are currently hiring dedicated Supply Teachers to join a local school based in Bournemouth immediately with a scope to stay for the rest of the academic year until July.

About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will help maintain continuity in the classroom and create a positive, engaging learning environment. Your role will involve teaching across various age groups and adapting lessons to meet the diverse needs of primary school students. You will be a crucial part of fostering a love of learning and ensuring each student’s progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lessons to mixed-age groups in primary class, ensuring all students make progress.
  • Adapt lessons and teaching methods to cater to individual learning needs and abilities.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively and promote focused learning.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to support students' academic and personal development.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students on their work and progress.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience of teaching primary school children (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Ability to teach across a range of subjects and year groups.
  • Flexible and proactive approach to teaching and supporting students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
