Are you an enthusiastic and adaptable educator looking for a rewarding teaching opportunity in Bournemouth? GSL Education are currently hiring dedicated Supply Teachers to join a local school based in Bournemouth immediately with a scope to stay for the rest of the academic year until July.

About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will help maintain continuity in the classroom and create a positive, engaging learning environment. Your role will involve teaching across various age groups and adapting lessons to meet the diverse needs of primary school students. You will be a crucial part of fostering a love of learning and ensuring each student’s progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons to mixed-age groups in primary class, ensuring all students make progress.
- Adapt lessons and teaching methods to cater to individual learning needs and abilities.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and promote focused learning.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to support students' academic and personal development.
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their work and progress.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience of teaching primary school children (preferred, not mandatory).
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Ability to teach across a range of subjects and year groups.
- Flexible and proactive approach to teaching and supporting students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
