Cover Supervisor – Secondary School
Location: Long Sutton, Lincolnshire
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £90 - £120 per day
Job Type: Full-Time / Flexible
Are you confident managing a classroom? Do you want to gain experience before training to teach? If so, we want to hear from you! GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor for a secondary school in Long Sutton.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects.
- Manage student behaviour and ensure engagement with lesson materials.
- Adapt quickly to different classroom environments.
- Provide support to students where necessary.
Ideal Candidate:
- A degree or experience working with young people in an educational setting.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Confidence to lead a class and inspire students.
- An interest in education and future teaching ambitions.
