Teaching Assistant – Secondary School
Location: Boston, Lincolnshire
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £85 - £110 per day
Job Type: Full-Time
Are you looking for a rewarding role supporting young people in a secondary school? GSL Education Lincolnshire is recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to join a Boston-based secondary school immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Support students in KS3 and KS4 with their learning and development.
- Work 1:1 or in small groups to provide targeted assistance.
- Help teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities.
- Encourage student participation and foster a positive learning environment.
Ideal Candidate:
- GCSEs (or equivalent) – higher qualifications are beneficial.
- Experience working with young people or in an educational setting.
- A patient, supportive, and adaptable approach to learning support.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
