What Will You Do?
- Provide administrative support, including handling emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data security and confidentiality.
- Assist with organizing meetings, schedules, and school events.
- Support staff and students by managing resources, documentation, and office supplies.
- Liaise with parents, external agencies, and school personnel to provide information and assistance.

What Are We Looking For?
- Previous experience in an administrative role (preferably in a school setting).
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to administrative tasks.
