Position: Early Years Practitioner – Level 3
Location: Southampton
Salary: £12.83 per hour
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
At GSL Education, we partner with wonderful nurseries in Southampton that foster inclusive environments for children. As an Early Years Practitioner (EYP), you will have the chance to work with young learners, supporting their development and early education.
What You’ll Do:
- Support children, including on a 1:1 basis, within nursery settings.
- Assist in creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Collaborate with a team of educators to help improve children's outcomes.
- Gain the opportunity to go permanent with a nursery if you wish.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Level 3 childcare-related qualification.
- Previous experience in early years education or a related field.
- A strong passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to assist wherever needed.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude.
- A commitment to providing an inclusive, nurturing environment for young children.
- A valid enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
