About the Role:
As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to teach a variety of year groups in local schools, covering for short-term and long-term absences. You will deliver engaging and effective lessons, ensuring that students' learning experiences remain consistent and productive in the absence of their regular teacher. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver planned lessons and provide high-quality education to primary-aged children.
- Manage classroom behavior and create a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.
- Mark and assess students’ work in line with the school’s policies.
- Communicate effectively with school staff to ensure continuity in learning.
Ideal Candidate:
- Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) and experienced teachers are welcome to apply.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to providing the best learning experience for children.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and work well with school staff.
- A valid teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
