This full-time role is set to begin either from Easter 2025 or September 2025, depending on your notice period. Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Engage and Inspire: Teach captivating Geography lessons across various key stages, from physical geography to human geography.
- Innovative Teaching: Develop and implement creative lesson plans that spark curiosity and encourage critical thinking.
- Student Success: Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
- Inclusive Classroom: Create a welcoming environment where students feel comfortable expressing their ideas and debating geographical perspectives.

What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Equivalent: Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Geography.
- Experience: Previous experience teaching Geography at the secondary school level is preferred, but ECTs and experienced teachers are welcome.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment: A dedication to fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
- Motivation: Ability to inspire students and ignite a love for Geography.
- Preparedness: An updated CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
