Teaching Assistant – SEN School (Lincoln)
GSL Education is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic SEN school in Lincoln. If you are passionate about supporting primary and secondary-aged pupils with Special Educational Needs and want to make a real difference, we’d love to hear from you!
The Role:
- Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and tailored lessons for SEN pupils.
- Providing one-to-one and small group support to help students develop academically and socially.
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive behaviour.
- Assisting with personal care when required.
- Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a primary or SEN setting is desirable but not essential.
- A patient, caring, and proactive approach to working with children.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to students' needs.
