Job Title: Flexible Teacher
Location: Bournemouth and Christchurch, Dorset
Salary: £93 - £140 per day (Depending on experience)
Start: Immediate/After Easter 2025
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (Part-time can be arranged for the right candidate)

Responsibilities of the Flexible Teacher:
- Deliver Engaging Lessons: Teach pre-planned lessons across various subjects, ensuring students remain engaged and motivated.
- Adapt to Different Classrooms: Quickly adjust to different classroom environments and teaching styles.
- Support Student Learning: Provide support and guidance to students, helping them achieve their academic goals.
- Maintain Classroom Management: Ensure a positive and respectful learning environment.
- Assess Student Progress: Monitor and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with Staff: Work with school staff to ensure a smooth transition and continuity in students' education.
- Stay Updated: Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
Requirements of the Flexible Teacher:
- Educational Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Teaching Skills: Ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons across various subjects.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to meet the diverse needs of students and adapt to different classroom settings.
- Organisational Skills: Ability to manage classroom activities and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Passion for Teaching: Enthusiasm for inspiring and educating young minds.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the school community.
- Professional Development: Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- DBS: Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
