GSL Education are seeking dedicated and adaptable Supply Teachers to join schools in Bovington. This role offers flexibility and variety, allowing you to teach across different year groups and subjects while maintaining high standards of education and classroom management.
Supply Teacher Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and key stages.
- Maintain a structured and positive classroom environment, ensuring students remain engaged in their learning.
- Adapt quickly to different school staff.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, following school discipline procedures when necessary.
- Uphold safeguarding and child protection policies, ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in teaching or classroom management.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Flexibility to work across different subjects and key stages as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and staff.
- An up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years, barring any unexplained gaps).
- An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
