Primary Supply Teacher
Are you a passionate and adaptable Primary Teacher looking for flexible work in Bournemouth?
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Primary Supply Teacher to work across mainstream primary schools in Bournemouth, Dorset. This role offers a competitive daily rate between £110 - £140 (based on experience), with a start date ASAP or from Easter 2025, offering longer-term roles on a full- or part-time basis.
About the role: As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons across various year groups, ensuring continuity in learning during teacher absences. They adapt quickly to different classroom settings while maintaining a positive and structured learning environment.
Responsibilities of the Primary Supply Teacher:
- Deliver engaging lessons across various year groups, following the school's curriculum and lesson plans.
- Maintain a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Adapt to different teaching settings, ensuring continuity in students' education.
- Collaborate with school staff to support students’ learning and development.
Requirements of the Primary Supply Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualifications.
- Experience working in primary education.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to new environments.
- A passion for inspiring young learners.
- Have an updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
