Salary: £150 - £200 per day (Depending on experience)

Contract Type: Daily Supply, Long-Term
Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher looking for a new opportunity to inspire young learners? If so, GSL Education are seeking an Early Years Teacher to join a school in Blaydon with an immediate start. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in shaping the educational foundation of young children.
About the Role:
As an Early Years Teacher, you will create a stimulating and supportive learning environment where children can develop essential skills in a fun and engaging way. You will follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, fostering creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning among your pupils.
Early Years Teacher Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the EYFS framework.
- Support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
- Use a range of creative teaching strategies to support individual learning needs.
- Work closely with teaching assistants, parents, and other staff to support children’s progress.
- Monitor and assess student development, maintaining accurate records of learning outcomes.
Early Years Teacher Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS).
- Experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- A creative and nurturing approach to early years education.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Have an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
