Contract Type: Long-term, Full-time
Pay: £90 - £100 per day (Depending on experience)
Are you looking for a rewarding role as a Teaching Assistant in a welcoming school? GSL Education is seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and nurturing school in Southwark.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist students with their learning on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
- Work collaboratively with teachers to create engaging lesson plans.
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Track student progress and support their academic and social development.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is advantageous.
- A proactive, adaptable, and compassionate approach to student learning.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Awareness of safeguarding and child protection policies.
