Salary: £85 - £130 per day

Start Date: Immediately

Are you a creative and passionate Drama Graduate eager to inspire the next generation of performers? Do you have a love for theatre, storytelling, and helping students build confidence? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Drama Graduate to join our secondary schools in Witham, supporting students in their artistic and academic development.

As a Drama Graduate, you will work closely with teachers to assist in lessons, lead small group activities, and support students in building their performance skills. Whether you are considering a career in teaching or looking to gain hands-on experience in a school setting, this role will provide you with invaluable insight into the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Drama department in preparing and delivering engaging lessons.
  • Assist students in developing their confidence, creativity, and performance skills.
  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support to help students refine their technique.
  • Help organise school productions, rehearsals, and performances.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Drama, Theatre Studies, or a related subject.
  • A passion for education and the performing arts.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Previous experience working with young people (desirable but not essential).
