Job Title: Humanities Teacher

Salary: £165 - £265 per day (Depending on experience)

About the role:
As a Humanities Teacher, you will deliver high-quality lessons in RE and Citizenship at the GCSE level, fostering curiosity and critical thinking in students. You will play a vital role in encouraging academic excellence and personal growth in your classroom.
Essential Qualities That We Are Looking For:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in RE and Citizenship.
- Support students in preparing for their GCSE exams.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and resources.
The Successful Candidate Will:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching RE and Citizenship at GCSE level.
- Strong subject knowledge and passion for the humanities.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
- Have an enhanced DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
