About the Role:
In this role, you will:
- Assist students with special educational needs, including SEMH, to overcome barriers to learning.
- Provide one-on-one and group support tailored to individual needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Work closely with teachers to implement personalised education plans.
Requirements:
- Experience in an SEN or SEMH setting is desirable but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate and proactive attitude to working with children.
