Nursery Practitioner Level 3
Location: Chelmsford
Salary: £84 - £95 per day

GSL Education’s Chelmsford branch is seeking a dedicated and qualified Nursery Practitioner Level 3 to join one of our client schools in Chelmsford. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced practitioner looking for a short-term role. The ideal candidate will be experienced in early years education and committed to creating a safe, nurturing environment for young children.
Key Responsibilities for Nursery Practitioner Level 3:
- Provide high-quality care and education to children in the nursery, ensuring their individual needs are met.
- Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all children and staff.
- Work closely with parents and carers, providing feedback and building strong relationships.
- Keep up-to-date records of children’s development and learning.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications and Experience for Nursery Practitioner Level 3:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent.
- Experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A valid DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
- A passion for working with young children and helping them to develop and thrive.
