Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Location: Sheffield (S1)
Pay Scale: £94 - £115 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP/January 2025
Contract Type: Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are looking for a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join schools in Sheffield. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy engaging with young learners and are confident in managing classrooms effectively.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise students during teacher absences, ensuring lesson continuity.
- Support learning by delivering pre-set lessons and assisting students with tasks.
- Manage classroom behaviour to create a focused and respectful atmosphere.
- Collaborate with staff to provide feedback on student performance and engagement.
About You:
- Experience in a similar role or working with young people is beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage groups confidently.
- Adaptability to work with students across different age groups and subjects.
- A commitment to maintaining a positive learning environment.
