Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Location: Doncaster (DN1)
Pay Scale: £94 - £115 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP/January 2025
Contract Type: Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are seeking a proactive Cover Supervisor to work in schools across Doncaster. This is an exciting role for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in education while helping students maintain their learning momentum.
Responsibilities of a cover supervisor:
- Deliver pre-set lessons during teacher absences, ensuring classroom activities run smoothly.
- Support students in their learning and help them stay focused on tasks.
- Maintain a well-managed and positive classroom environment.
- Provide constructive feedback to school staff regarding student engagement and behaviour.
Requirements for a cover supervisor:
- Experience in a similar role or working with young people is an advantage.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build rapport with students.
- Flexibility to adapt to different classrooms and year groups.
- A genuine interest in supporting student development and learning.
