Food Technology Teacher
Location: Spalding

Salary: £31,650- £49,084 per annum (MPS/UPS)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Are you a creative and enthusiastic Food Technology Teacher ready to inspire the next generation of chefs and food enthusiasts? GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a qualified Food Technology Teacher for a full-time role at a vibrant secondary school in Spalding, starting in January 2025.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging Food Technology lessons across KS3 and KS4.
- Inspire students to develop practical skills and theoretical knowledge in food preparation and nutrition.
- Assess, monitor, and track student progress to ensure academic success.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Design Technology department.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching Food Technology at the secondary level.
- Strong subject knowledge and passion for education.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
