Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

Salary: £90 to £110 per day

About the Role:

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Provide Personalised Support: Assist students with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs to reach their full potential.
  • Foster a Nurturing Environment: Help create an inclusive and positive learning atmosphere tailored to individual student needs.
  • Collaborate Effectively: Work alongside teachers and the SENCO to implement tailored support plans and interventions.
  • Promote Development: Build positive relationships with students to encourage their social, emotional, and academic growth.
  • Support Across Key Stages: Provide flexible assistance to pupils across different age groups and learning levels.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an SEMH or SEN-focused role is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection practices.
