Salary: £12.82 - £14.72 per hour (Depending on experience)

About the Role:
As an SEN Learning Support Assistant in Winchester, you’ll work closely with both students and staff to ensure a positive and inclusive classroom environment. You’ll provide targeted support to students, offering guidance and encouragement tailored to their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Working one-on-one and in small groups with SEN students to enhance their learning.
- Supporting teachers in adapting lesson plans to accommodate individual learning needs.

Requirements for SEN Learning Support Assistant:
- Experience working with SEN students is beneficial.
