Salary: £12.82 - £14.72 Per Hour

GSL Education are recruiting an enthusiastic SEN Learning Support Assistant to work in a school in Hook. About the Role:
As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, your main responsibility will be to provide targeted support to students with additional needs, ensuring they have the best chance of succeeding in their education. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to implement learning strategies tailored to individual needs.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting SEN students in accessing the curriculum and achieving their learning goals.
- Helping to maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
- Assisting with behavioural management and developing positive relationships with students.
- Working collaboratively with teaching staff to create inclusive learning opportunities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience supporting students with SEN is preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A patient and caring approach to supporting students.
- The ability to build rapport with both students and staff.

- Have the right to work in the UK.

- Have a DBS registered to the Update Service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
