Salary: £25 - £30 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Are you a knowledgeable and passionate Tutor looking to make a difference in students' lives?
GSL Education South Yorkshire are looking for a dedicated Tutor in Sheffield (S9) to offer academic support and help the students reach their full potential.
As a Tutor, you will play a vital role in enhancing students' understanding and mastery of specific subjects by providing personalised instruction and support tailored to their individual learning needs. Your role will involve providing targeted instruction in core subjects and offering guidance to help build confidence and skills.
Responsibilities of the Tutor:
- Provide one-on-one or small group sessions in various subjects, giving students the attention, they need to succeed.
- Customise each session to fit the individual learning styles and needs of students.
- Assist students in grasping challenging topics, enhancing their confidence and problem-solving abilities with clear explanations and engaging methods.
- Monitor student progress and offer feedback, adjusting teaching strategies as needed for ongoing improvement.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure tutoring supports classroom learning effectively.
Requirements of the Tutor:
- Have tutoring or teaching experience (preferred but not essential).
- Be passionate about supporting student success and academic growth.
- Be a great communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Understand safeguarding and child protection.
- Hold or be willing to obtain an enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
