GSL Education are seeking a motivated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and energetic school in Chandlers Ford.

Responsibilities of the Teaching Assistant:
- Help teachers prepare learning materials and support classroom activities.
- Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students to improve their learning.
- Track student progress and share updates with the teaching team.
- Promote positive behaviour and encourage social interaction among students.
- Supervise students during school activities, trips, and break times.
Requirements of the Teaching Assistant:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in an educational role is a plus, but not essential.
- A genuine interest in supporting students and their development.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Patience, empathy, and flexibility to work with different learners.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant) are beneficial.

- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
- Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
