Job Role: Drama Teacher
Location: Middlesbrough
Rate: £150 - £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

Responsibilities of the Drama Teacher:
- Plan and deliver engaging drama lessons that inspire creativity and confidence across all Key Stages.
- Encourage students to develop their acting skills, stage presence, and appreciation of the performing arts.
- Direct and support school productions, assemblies, and drama-related extracurricular activities.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their performance techniques.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student can thrive.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the school’s drama curriculum and extracurricular offering.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and participation.
Requirements for the Drama Teacher role:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching Drama across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
- A passion for the performing arts and the ability to inspire students to express themselves creatively.
- Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to student development.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- An enhanced DBS on the update service or a willingness to apply for one.
