Position: SEN Teacher
Location: Bournemouth
Salary: £31,650 - £49,084 Annually (MPS/UPS) (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate / April 2025

About the Role:
As a Special Education Needs Teacher (SEN Teacher), you'll be the guiding light for students with diverse needs, offering tailored education and unwavering support to nurture their academic and personal growth. You'll create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment that empowers students to discover and embrace their true potential!
Key Responsibilities of SEN Teacher:
- Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to the needs of students with SEN.
- Collaborate closely with teaching assistants and support staff to implement individual education plans (IEPs).
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes confidence and independence.
- Work with parents, carers, and external professionals to support student development.
- Maintain accurate records and uphold safeguarding practices.
What We Are Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching students with SEN, ideally within a specialist or inclusive setting.
- Strong understanding of SEN strategies and behaviour management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
