Salary: £83.33 - £90.00 per day (Depending on experience)

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) to join a friendly and inclusive school in Grantham. This is a great opportunity to support students who need extra help, guiding them through challenges and encouraging them to reach their full potential. In this role, you will contribute to a nurturing learning environment, assisting in the classroom and delivering individual interventions. Responsibilities of a SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Provide tailored support to students with SEN, ensuring they have equal access to learning.
- Assist in adapting lesson materials to meet individual learning needs.
- Support students with their emotional, social, and academic development.
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to implement personalised learning plans.
- Encourage positive behaviour and foster independence and confidence in students.
Requirements of a SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Previous experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable.
- A patient, empathetic, and encouraging approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A passion for making a difference in the lives of young learners.
- Eligibility to work in the UK and willingness to undergo background checks.
