Salary: £83.33 - £90.00 per day (Depending on experience)

GSL Education are looking for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant (TA) to join a supportive school in Grantham. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to provide dedicated support to a student, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their full potential. You will work closely with teaching staff to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment tailored to the student's needs. Responsibilities of a 1:1 Teaching Assistant:
- Provide one-to-one support to a student, assisting with their learning and development.
- Adapt teaching materials to meet individual learning needs.
- Encourage and motivate the student to stay engaged and focused on lessons.
- Support emotional and social development, promoting confidence and independence.
- Collaborate with teachers and SEN staff to ensure the best outcomes for the student.
Requirements of a 1:1 Teaching Assistant:
- Previous experience working with children, ideally in a 1:1 or SEN support role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach.
- A passion for supporting children's education and wellbeing.
- Eligibility to work in theUK and willingness to undergo background checks.
