About the Role
As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a dynamic and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic progress and personal development. You will work closely with colleagues to deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners, ensuring every child reaches their full potential.
Working Hours: 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and confidence.
- Differentiate teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning needs and abilities.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to promote academic growth.
- Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and colleagues to support student development.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are mandatory.
- Previous experience teaching in a primary school setting.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
