SEN Teacher
Location: Tonbridge
Salary: £120 - £240 per day

This role provides flexibility, with day-to-day, part-time, full-time, and long-term placements available, making it a fantastic opportunity for an SEN Teacher committed to transforming education for all learners.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver tailored lessons that meet the diverse needs of students with SEN.
- Implement strategies to support students with additional needs, including those with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs).
- Foster an inclusive, engaging, and structured classroom environment that promotes student confidence and achievement.
- Work closely with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and external specialists to provide holistic support.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents, carers, and other stakeholders.
- Use innovative teaching methods to engage and inspire students with a range of learning difficulties.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Previous experience working as an SEN Teacher or supporting students with additional needs.
- A strong understanding of SEN strategies and the ability to implement them effectively.
- Excellent communication, patience, and adaptability.
- A passion for supporting children with diverse learning needs and helping them achieve their full potential.
