Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA)
Location: Kingston upon Thames
Salary Range: £85 - £100 per day (Depending on experience)
Start: Immediate
Contract: Full-time

If so, GSL Education are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) to join a special school in Kingston upon Thames. This is a full-time role, ideal for individuals who are committed to helping students with additional needs thrive in a supportive learning environment.
SEN TA Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with a range of special educational needs.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons.
- Work closely with students who have ASD, learning difficulties, and other complex needs.
- Encourage independence, confidence, and positive social interactions.
- Help create a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
SEN TA Requirements:
- Previous experience working with SEN students (preferred but not essential).
- A patient, adaptable, and proactive approach to learning support.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A passion for making a difference in children's education.
- Have an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
