Teaching Assistant (TA)
Rate: £12.82 to £14.72 per hour (Depending on experience)
Location: Chandler's Ford
Start Date: Immediate
Job Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are currently recruiting a motivated Teaching Assistant for a school in Chandler's Ford. In this role, you will provide tailored support to students and assist in their overall development. Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:
- Providing tailored support to students, ensuring their individual learning needs are met.
- Assisting the teacher in creating a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Supporting students with their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Preparing learning materials and resources to aid effective teaching.
- Promoting positive behaviour and encouraging student participation.
Requirements for a Teaching Assistant:
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
- A patient, empathetic, and supportive approach to working with students.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A genuine enthusiasm for education and helping students succeed.
- Eligibility to work in the UK, with an enhanced DBS registered on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
