Teaching Assistant (TA) Programme
Location: Scunthorpe
Salary: £85 - £100 per day (Depending on experience)
Start time: Immediate
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time

Responsibilities of the Teaching Assistant (TA) Programme:
- Collaborate with teachers to deliver lessons and educational activities.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, helping them reach their full potential.
- Assist with classroom management and create a positive, engaging learning environment.
- Support students with diverse learning needs, ensuring they receive the necessary assistance.
- Help prepare materials, resources, and activities for lessons.
Requirements of the Teaching Assistant (TA) Programme:
- Previous experience in care, working with vulnerable adults, or roles such as sports coaching or children’s entertainment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with students and staff.
- A patient and compassionate attitude, with a genuine desire to support students in their learning journey.
- The ability to adapt to different classroom needs and work collaboratively with teachers.
- Passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact on young lives.
- Have an enhanced DBS registered to the Updated Service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
