Teaching Assistant (TA) Programme
Location: Spilsby
Salary: £85 - £100 per day (Depending on experience)
Start time: Immediate
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time

Whether you have experience in care, working with vulnerable adults, or roles such as sports coaching or children’s entertainment, this program allows you to transition into education while making a real impact.
Responsibilities of the Teaching Assistant (TA) Programme:
- Support the delivery of lessons in line with the curriculum.
- Assist students with their individual learning needs, both one-on-one and in small groups.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers to prepare teaching materials and activities.
- Support students with additional needs, fostering their development.
Requirements of the Teaching Assistant (TA) Programme:
- Experience in care, working with vulnerable adults, or roles like sports coaching or children’s entertainment.
- A passion for working with young people and helping them thrive.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the classroom.
- A desire to grow and develop your skills in education.
- Have an enhanced DBS registered to the Updated Service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
