Salary: MPS/UPS (£30,000 - £46,525 per annum)

The Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Art Teacher to join our vibrant Visual Arts Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring art lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the possibility of Key Stage 5, nurturing students' artistic talents and encouraging creative expression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality art lessons that cater to a range of abilities and learning styles.
- Foster a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and creativity.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement a cohesive and innovative art curriculum.
- Organize and participate in extracurricular activities, such as art clubs and exhibitions, to enhance the cultural life of the school.
About You:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialization in Art and Design.
- Proven experience teaching art at the secondary level, with a track record of achieving excellent student outcomes.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for the arts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and collaborative working.
