Teaching Assistant
Location: Basingstoke
Salary: £12.82 - £14.72 Per Hour (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Job Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Support students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups to enhance their understanding.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Provide encouragement to students, boosting their confidence and motivation.
- Assist with classroom preparation, including organizing resources and materials.
Requirements of a Teaching Assistant:
- Previous experience working with children or in a classroom setting is advantageous.
- A nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic approach to education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check or have an existing one on the update service.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
