Primary SEN Teacher
Location: Poole
Salary: £31,650 - £49,084 annually (MPS/UPS)
Start Date: Immediate / April 2025
Job Type: Full-time/Permanent

Responsibilities of a Primary SEN Teacher:
- Planning and delivering individualized lessons to meet the diverse needs of students with SEN.
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters growth and confidence.
- Supporting children with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and communication challenges.
- Collaborating with teaching assistants, specialists, and families to support student development.
- Monitoring student progress and adapting strategies to ensure success.
Requirements for a Primary SEN Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience working with primary-aged children with SEN is essential.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
- A genuine commitment to safeguarding and child protection, supported by an Enhanced DBS certificate or a willingness to apply for one.
- A positive and empathetic approach to supporting children with additional needs.
